Core Authentication and Authorization Services Interruption

Downtime : 6 hours 18 minutes.
Status : Resolved.

Caused by a secure component software (called, Voris ActiveSecurity). The component is integral to YARA Core Services, which is used for authenticating users. The failsafe backup system servers also experienced failed connectivity due to the service outage during the time.

Caused by an outage of our upstream service provider due to the maintenance of its entire data center, which lasted for hours.
